• Rice flour: 100 grams
• Wheat flour: 100 grams
• Sugar: 50 grams
• Chicken egg: 1 egg

- Sift rice flour and wheat flour into a bowl and mix well.
- Beat 2 eggs into the flour bowl, then slowly add water until the mixture has a moderate consistency, like pancake batter.
- The liquid mixture makes the rice paper thin and soft, while the thick mixture makes the rice paper thick and flavorful. -
- Pour thin layers of batter onto hot pan, flip to cook evenly.
- Place two layers of rice paper on top of each other.
- Spread a thin layer of shredded coconut, add 2 malt candy bars, sprinkle some black sesame.
- Fold both ends and roll up.
