RULES REGARDING PRICING AND PAYMENT ON THE IGUIDE.AI E-COMMERCE PLATFORM
1. Service price list
1.1. Price listing principles
- Each service listed on the iGuide.ai platform must demonstrateReference price, price rangeand/orMechanism for determining the final transaction pricethrough Service Proposal/Trip Proposal.
- Prices/price lists are provided by the supplier and are their sole responsibility; iGuide.ai reserves the right to refuse to display or request adjustments in case of any indication of lack of transparency, confusion, or violation of legal regulations.
1.2. Required information for price listings
Prices listed on the iGuide.ai platform must be clearly and understandably presented, without causing confusion, and must include at least:
- Currencyapplicable (as stipulated in Section 2 below);
- Scope of servicesIncluded in the price (e.g., room type, number of meals, additional services, etc.);
- Information about taxes, fees, and surcharges:
- Does the price include or exclude value-added tax, service fees, and other mandatory surcharges (if any)?
- If additional fees are charged at the point of service (resort fee, local fee, holiday surcharge, etc.), the service provider must clearly state this in the service conditions/Trip Proposal.
1.3. Updating and ensuring consistency of pricing.
- NCC is responsible for promptly updating prices, price ranges, and applicable conditions;
- The price displayed on the iGuide.ai platform at the time the Client receives the Trip Proposal and accepts the service is the basis for determining the final transaction price, unless otherwise specified in the Terms & Conditions.
2. Currency
2.1. Default currency
- Service prices on the iGuide.ai platform are displayed.Defaults to Vietnamese Dong (VND). Unless otherwise stated or explicitly indicated on the interface.
2.2. Cases involving the use of foreign currency.
- In cases where, due to the nature of the service or because the service provider caters to international customers, the price is expressed in a different currency (e.g., USD, EUR), iGuide.ai and/or the service provider are obligated to:
- Comply with Vietnamese laws and regulations on foreign exchange management and related legislation;
- Provide clear information to customers regarding the currency used, exchange rates (if a reference is displayed), and any notes on exchange rate differences and conversion fees applied by the bank/payment intermediary.
2.3. Exchange rate differences and bank fees
- In cases where the Customer pays in foreign currency or through an international financial institution, the actual amount deducted from the Customer's account may differ from the displayed amount due to:
- The exchange rate is applied by the card-issuing bank or the payment intermediary.
- Foreign currency conversion fees, international transaction fees.
- These discrepancies fall under the purview of the financial institution/payment intermediary; iGuide.ai is not obligated to reimburse the difference, unless otherwise stipulated by law or specifically agreed upon.
3. Mechanism for Determining the Final Transaction Price
3.1. The concept of Last Transaction Price
- The last traded price was The total price that the Customer must pay for a specific service transaction, as shown inService Proposal/Trip ProposalSent by the Supplier (or iGuide.ai representing the Supplier) and accepted by the Customer on the system.
- The final transaction price includes:
- The basic price of the service;
- Mandatory taxes, fees, and surcharges (if any, as per information provided by the supplier);
- Other additional terms have been agreed upon by both parties and are reflected in the Trip Proposal.
3.2. Minimum content of Trip Proposal
Trip Proposal used to close the trade. The final transaction price must show at least:
- Service price (total price and/or unit price, quantity);
- Terms and conditions for using the service (time, location, number of people, service scope, limitations, special requirements, etc.);
- Cancellation/Exchange/Refund Policy, including timelines, refund rates, and cancellation/exchange fees (if any);
- The validity period of the Trip Proposal (the payment due date or confirmation date).
3.3. The final transaction price is the binding basis.
The final transaction price agreed upon in the Trip Proposal accepted by the Client serves as the basis for:
- Identifythe amount the customer has to pay for transaction;
- Notetransaction value in the iGuide.ai system and in reconciliation with the NCC;
- To serve as a basis for resolutioncomplaints, disputesThis relates to service pricing, except in cases of clearly demonstrated technical errors in price display or force majeure/adjustments required by law (e.g., changes in tax policy).
3.4. Adjust the price after it has been finalized.
- After the final transaction price has been accepted and fully paid by the Customer, price adjustments will only be made when:
- There is a supplementary written/electronic agreement between the Customer and the Supplier (and recorded in the iGuide.ai system if related to payment via iGuide.ai); or
- There is a mandatory requirement from a competent state authority as stipulated by law.
4. Payment method and completion time
4.1. Payment methods
- Payments for services booked through iGuide.ai are primarily made viapayment intermediaryLicensed by competent authorities (e.g., 9Pay payment gateway or equivalent partners), with supported methods such as:
- Domestic or international credit/debit cards;
- Bank transfer/Internet Banking;
- Electronic wallets and other legitimate payment methods are integrated into iGuide.ai from time to time.
- iGuide.aiDo not store payment card details.(Customer's card number, CVV code, PIN, etc.); this data is processed by the payment intermediary according to the corresponding security standards.
4.2. The payment is considered complete at that time.
Payment is considered complete when simultaneously meet the following conditions:
- Payment intermediary/Transaction confirmation bank"success"on their system;
- The iGuide.ai system received a success notification from the payment intermediary and recorded the order status as follows:"Paid";
- iGuide.ai sends a Service Booking Confirmation/e-voucher/e-pass or equivalent notification to the Customer via email, account or application, clearly showing service information and service usage code (if applicable).
4.3. Some special cases
- For services that require it.deposit/partial paymentThe deposit amount and the payment schedule for the remaining balance will be clearly stated in the Trip Proposal, service policy, and/or Terms & Conditions;
- In case of payment interruption or unclear status (e.g., money is deducted but the system has not yet recorded "payment completed"), customers should contact iGuide.ai and/or the card issuer/payment intermediary for verification and support as per regulations.
5. Payment obligations and payment risks
5.1. Customer's (Buyer's) Obligations
The customer has the following obligations:
- Paycorrect, sufficientThe amount corresponding to the final transaction price agreed upon in the Trip Proposal;
- Make the paymenton time(if there is an effective date for the Trip Proposal or reservation conditions);
- Do not use third-party payment information, bank cards, e-wallets, or bank accounts without proper authorization;
- Protect your payment information; do not share your OTP code, password, or bank/e-wallet login information with others.
5.2. iGuide.ai's liability for payment risks is limited.
iGuide.ai is not responsible for risks/losses arising from payment transactions in the following cases:
- Customers provide incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient payment information, leading to failed transactions or incorrect payments;
- Technical issues, system errors, or transmission problems originating from banks, financial institutions, payment intermediaries, or telecommunications service providers are beyond the reasonable control of iGuide.ai;
- Fraudulent acts, misappropriation of assets, cyberattacks, impersonation, or other unlawful acts committed by third parties that iGuide.ai could not foresee or prevent through reasonable technical and organizational measures according to standard practices.
5.3. Responsibility for coordinated handling
- Within the scope of its rights and technical capabilities, iGuide.ai will coordinate with Customers, Suppliers, payment intermediaries, and relevant government agencies (if necessary) to:
- Inspect and verify payment transactions that show signs of irregularities;
- Providing support in supplying information and reconciling data to facilitate the handling of complaints and disputes related to payments.
- Refunds (if any) will be processed as followsService Change, Cancellation, and Refund Policyand related regulations.
This regulation is an integral part of Regulations governing the operation of the iGuide.ai e-commerce platform, Terms & Conditions of Use and other thematic policies (Privacy Policy, Complaint Resolution Policy, Refund Policy, etc.). By participating in transactions on the Exchange, the Provider and the Customer are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to fully comply with the above contents.
