By using iGuide through the website, app, or any service (“Platform”), you agree to abide by the Community Guidelines, along with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are legally binding documents.
iGuide reserves the right to modify, update, or supplement these Guidelines at any time to comply with legal regulations and practical operational needs. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication.
The Community Principle applies to:

All types of content created or posted on the Platform: text, images, reviews, comments, videos, location information, service descriptions, and other content formats.Users must ensure:

Respect others and avoid offending or causing misunderstandings.3.
Take responsibility for the content you post.4.
Comply with Vietnamese law, iGuide's regulations, and the legal rights of third parties.1. Content that is irrelevant, ambiguous, or distracting.
Forbidden:

The content is vague, meaningless, or unclear.●
This content is not related to iGuide's travel, services, or community activities.●
Content that disrupts the system degrades the user experience.iGuide reserves the right to remove or reduce the visibility of low-quality content through its algorithms.
2. Duplicate content, spam, or system manipulation.
Forbidden:

Posting the same content repeatedly within a short period of time.●
Spamming comments, messages, or tags in bulk.●
Creating fake accounts to increase/decrease ratings and manipulate rankings.●
Use tools to automate the process.3. Content that violates the law or goes against good morals and customs.
Including but not limited to:
●
False, misleading, or distorted information.●
Content related to terrorism, violence, drugs, weapons, and crime.●
Pornographic content, nudity, sexual suggestiveness, and sexual harassment.●
Content that incites hatred, racism, regionalism, and political extremism.●
Investigating and accusing someone of a crime without confirmation from an authorized agency.●
Content related to politics or religion that causes division or violates Vietnamese law.iGuide reserves the right to immediately remove content belonging to the prohibited categories mentioned above.
4. Harassment, insults, and acts that harm the community.
Forbidden:

Attacking, belittling, or insulting the honor of individuals or organizations.●
Attack, sarcasm, incitement to hatred.●
The comments are not constructive.5. Unauthorized advertising, inappropriate commercial information
Only NCCs that have been verified by iGuide and have activated their business accounts are allowed to post commercial content.
Forbidden:

Advertising services or products without prior approval.●
Post unauthorized links, referral codes, or discount codes.6. Intellectual Property Rights Violation (IPR)
Users must ensure:

Content that you created yourself or have the right to share.●
Do not use other people's images, articles, or videos without permission.By uploading content to iGuide, you agree to grant iGuide the right to use that content globally, without exclusive rights, and free of copyright.
IPR violations can lead to:

Remove content●
Account temporarily locked●
Claim for damages under the law7. Sharing personal information
Forbidden:

Posting your own or others' personal information (address, phone number, passport number, license plate number, etc.) without a legitimate purpose and without their consent.Personally identifiable information must comply with the Privacy Policy.
8. Poor quality or offensive content
Forbidden:
●
The image is shaky, blurry, underexposed, and pixelated.●
Offensive or sensitive images.●
Content that is misleading, fabricated, or distorted regarding travel experiences.9. Regulations regarding reporting violations.

iGuide can combine automated and manual review systems to handle violations.
Depending on the level of difficulty, iGuide may apply:

Reminder or warning.●
Hide content or remove it permanently.●
Restricting some account functionality.●
Temporarily or permanently lock your account.●
Revoke or restrict the privileges of the NCC.●
Refer the case to the relevant authorities if there are signs of legal violations.iGuide's decision is final and issued to protect the community.
Users agree:

Take responsibility for the content you create.●
Compensation will be provided to iGuide in the event of damages or disputes arising.●
Cooperate when iGuide requests explanations or evidence.iGuide aims to build spaces:
