When enjoying Gia Lai dry pho, people often serve chicken and beef. The chicken is skinned, shredded and placed on the pho noodles, accompanied by minced pork belly, pork rinds, fried onions and a bowl of clear broth simmered from chicken bones. Dry beef pho includes rare beef and beef balls, but the meat is placed separately in a bowl of aromatic cardamom broth of traditional pho.
Few people know how to eat pho 2 bowls, Gia Lai dry pho. Because the pho noodles are tightly rolled, mixing the ingredients becomes very difficult. You have to use a small spoon to separate the pho noodles. The important indispensable seasoning in dry pho is soy sauce made from soybeans and brown sugar, or soy sauce, not fish sauce. The price of each serving of pho ranges from 30,000 - 50,000 VND, depending on the amount of meat.
