Hot Air Balloon Ride in Mui Ne - Phan Thiet - Binh Thuan

1. General description

Depending on the wind direction, the Hot Air Balloon will depart from the center of Phan Thiet City or near the white sand dunes - which are considered the driest places in Vietnam. In both cases, after the flight, our car will take you back to your hotel or other location in the city. The whole adventure lasts for 3 to 4 hours. The flight itself will last about 1 hour.

2. Fly from Phan Thiet city center

The journey begins at Nguyen Tat Thanh Square, the heart of Phan Thiet City. The hot air balloon will gently take us through the small streets winding along the Ca Ty River, where small fishing boats are resting in the dawn light.

The balloon will then head out to the coast, and if wind conditions are favorable, part of the flight will take place over the sea. This is one of only two places in the world where such an adventure can take place! As the balloon begins its descent back to land, you will witness the rural life of the locals, and then land in random open fields about 15 km from the city center.

3. Flying over the white sand dunes of Mui Ne

This time, the flight will be over the countryside, where you can see farmers working in their fields, and vast fields of hay. The early morning landscape, which is the color of Mars, will be reflected by the white sand dunes with a shining diamond in the middle – the desert lake. A giant Buddha will wish us good luck as the balloon flies over. All of these images, combined with the nearby coastline, create the impression of a truly extraordinary place, as if we were visiting another planet.

4. Schedule of each flight

5:00: Pick up guests from hotel or other location in the city to departure point

6AM: Flight begins

7AM: Landing, special induction ceremony for first-time balloon passengers

8AM: Take guests back

5. Things to note

Wear simple and comfortable clothes

Photographic and filming equipment should have a case or bag to keep it safe during landing.
