The collection of more than 400 traditional musical instruments is displayed by the artist Ba Pho's family at Ba Pho Music Hall. After more than 60 years, artist Ba Pho's collection has grown to more than 400 instruments, from the moon lute, monochord, t'rung, zither to bronze drums, etc. The T'rung that "King of the Moon lute" Ba Pho spent 7 years researching, restoring and improving. Meritorious Artist Mai Lien - artist Ba Pho's wife, is famous for her talent in playing stone lutes and T'rung. Not only has he painstakingly collected musical instruments of 54 Vietnamese ethnic groups, artist Ba Pho has also shown his talent and passion for traditional art by being able to fluently play all the instruments displayed in the music hall.
